The Skyhouse Alam Sutera Apartment project which consists of a phase 1 & 2 project of 1 tower of a total of 4 apartment towers. This project is located in the Serpong area and is built on an area of 2.5 hectares. PT Totalindo Eka Persada was given the trust to work on this project.

PT Totalindo Eka Persada provide works for the foundation part to ArthaGeo, Arthageo is responsible to execute with the bored pile method. After we analyzed the results we found that the soil is clay and we we work on all areas of the place.
